RUSH VOLCANA is an original animated and live action short film that our team is excited and ready to create. With this unique idea animating our video game scenes and filming our live action scenes to make the perfect mix of real-life and imaginary creativity.
Already beginning our block by block creations, we have prepared an award-winning team, our location partnership with GameCraft Arcade in Southington, CT, and industry-grade equipment to create this project.
Backed by Sunbeam Productions LLC, creative storytelling is one of the most important things we want to bring to this project. RUSH VOLCANA is for the game lovers, the action-movie enjoyers, movie lovers, and more!

RUSH VOLCANA is officially sealed and protected by our Writers Guild of America Intellectual Property Certificate, so we own RUSH VOLCANA and its idea.
This gives our supporters and our team the opportunity to build a community around ANA, BUBBA and VOLCANAMAN to potentially build into a real video game.

My name is Julia, and I’m the writer/director and producer of RUSH VOLCANA. I am diving into this project ready to start creating a film I’ve been wanting to watch myself. For inspiration on this next sci-fi animated project, I was inspired by directors like Stephen Chow and his film Kung Fu Hustle, Disney’s Wreck It Ralph, Ne Zha, Battle Royale, and retro 80’s video games like Atari, PacMan, Tron and Breakout.
I’ve attended amazing film festivals like the Cannes International Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and the Tribeca Festival to see what kind of films audiences gravitate towards. Original, aesthetically pleasing, and unique story driven stories is a trend for all. I am confident can fit our interesting ideas into multiple categories of entertainment:
